We guarantee that our printed products meet industry standards. If you believe your order is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us in writing through our online support system within six (6) business days of receiving your order. If no contact is made within that timeframe, we will consider the order satisfactory.
Once contacted, we will review your issue within five (5) business days. If more information is needed and not provided promptly, we are under no further obligation to resolve the issue. If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
Reprint with rush production
Refund of the original order price
We may request samples of the defective product before proceeding.
To the extent permitted by law, Feyth Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from any order—even if previously advised of such possibility.
Once a resolution is approved, a customer service representative will reach out within 24–48 hours. You must confirm the proposed resolution within five (5) business days, or we will consider the issue resolved.
Unless agreed otherwise, the entire original order must be returned within 15 calendar days of resolution approval. If the product is not returned, your original payment method may be charged again.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
Reprints begin rush production within one (1) business day of receiving the returned product (or sooner if agreed).
